Our hemp seeds (Cannabis sativa L.) are marketed exclusively as botanical seeds / collectibles .

• In accordance with Annex 1 of the OTBStup-DFI and the Single Convention of 1961, the Ungerminated cannabis seeds are not considered narcotics .

• They do not contain Δ9-THC themselves and are therefore outside the scope of Swiss narcotics legislation (LStup, RS 812.121) .

• The proposed genetics is rich in tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) , but the total content in Free Δ9-THC remains below 1% , which complies with the threshold set by the ODTup-DFI to differentiate legal hemp from narcotic cannabis.

• These seeds are not listed in the official catalogue of agricultural hemp varieties (LSR, RS 916.51) and are therefore not not intended for agricultural use .

• They are offered exclusively as collectibles, genetic conservation, varietal research or botanical purposes .

Any contrary use (cultivation for unauthorized agricultural purposes, recreational use, processing for narcotic purposes) is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
